Order Process.

1. contact us

Via our online form, telephone, or email.

2. configuration

Select from pre-configured, ‘off the shelf’ or create a unique custom space with one of our team. All our spaces come with fixed transparent pricing and delivery information (only on ‘off the shelf’) making it simple to purchase straight from our website. Custom spaces will require a reservation fee of £500, which the team are happy to discuss in more detail with you.

3. order

To place an ‘off the shelf’ order, please use our online shop through our website, or alternatively contact one of our sales team for assistance. Once a custom space order is made and the reservation fee has been paid, one of our sales team will call you to discuss your brief further. You will then receive an initial proposal along with a quotation for your desired space. Once a deposit payment is made, from there we will then confirm dates for works to commence.

4. production

Six to eight weeks production time. Production Payment will be requested prior to production. When production is complete, your space is then prepped for delivery from our warehouse.

5. foundations

Built & Spaces will contact you two days prior to your foundation installation to confirm arrival times and access. Foundation installation typically takes 1-2 days dependent on-site conditions and scale.

6. delivery

Once the foundations are in place, Built & Spaces will contact you to confirm a date for the installation to commence. Delivery payment is requested prior to delivery of goods.

7. installation

Your components arrive on site and the Built & Spaces Installation Team begin their work. Installation typically takes from 2 days dependent on scale.

8. completion

Once the installation has been completed, Built & Spaces will request that you inspect your new space with our team. Once satisfied, we will sign for completion and handover your keys. Built & Spaces will also obtain and provide you with your building regulation completion certificate. Final payment is requested upon practical completion.

9. customer service

Built & Spaces will provide all product information, warranties, and aftercare instructions. You will be contacted twice after installation as part of our aftercare service. Typically, this will be two weeks and six months after your space has been installed.

Built & Spaces - Operating Safely in Uncertain Times

As any of our UK based customers will know, the United Kingdom is currently under national lockdown to prevent the spread of Covid-19. We would like to inform all of our site visitors that as always, we continue to operate safely in these uncertain times. All of our office based staff members have relocated to working from home and our warehouse continue to operate as normal with Covid safe guidelines in place. Unfortunately our warehouse showroom will not be open to visitors at this current time. Once the lockdown is officially over, we will reopen our showroom to viewings by booking in a safe and controlled manner. We look forward to meeting you in the future.
